2. prepay via paypal
3. add ssh key (required for freebsd installation)
4. create droplet (5$, FreeBSD 11.1)

5. enable backup

basic settings for the droplet

1. add a floating ip (67.207.75.214)
2. add firewall:
   • inbound: ssh, http, https
   • outbound: icmp, ssh, dns-tcp, http, https, all udp, smtps
